Ardelle St.George has served as General Counsel for PBS SoCal (KOCE) for over 15 years. From leading the legal aspects of the acquisition of the Station, St.George handles legal and business affairs of PBS SoCal, including governance, counseling, content and licensing agreements, regulatory affairs and legal support in intellectual property, litigation management, regulatory, employment, corporate and other legal areas. She has also contributed to fundraising, including the acquisition of the Station, PBS SoCal Galas and Development Chair.
St.George has negotiated production, development and content deals with major studios such as Warner Brothers and Sony. St.George received a BBA Business Economics, a Masters of Business Administration degree and a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of San Diego – Graduate School of Business/School of Law. St.George was with the international law firm of Bryan Cave and General Counsel of the Data Systems Division of General Dynamics Corporation and General Counsel & Corporate Secretary for several international standards organizations. St.George serves on the Advisory Board of U.S. Bank, Co-Chair of Business Forums International and is a Member of the Bars of California, Missouri and the American Bar Association.
