Join PBS SoCal and LA Plaza de Cultura y Artes for a FREE screening of DOLORES. The documentary tells the story of Dolores Huerta, co-founder of the first farm workers union with Cesar Chavez. She tirelessly led the fight for racial and labor justice, becoming one of the most defiant feminists in modern times. Guest speaker: Dolores Huerta. A fundraising reception for the Dolores Huerta Foundation precedes the screening. Food & beverages available for purchase, plus live music begin at 6:30 PM. Screening at 7:30 PM This screening of DOLORES is part of PBS SoCal’s Indie Lens Pop-Up series.
