Saddam Hussein’s former top deputy was reportedly killed in a clash against Iraqi forces in Tikrit on Friday. Izzat Ibrahim al-Douri had become an ally of the Islamic State, leading Sunni extremist groups against the Iraqi government. Judy Woodruff talks to retired Col.
