When we pay taxes, where does the money go? Former Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer not only wondered; he decided to make a new research tool to make that information available to the public. USAFacts is an interactive website that lists revenues and expenditures at all levels of government. Judy Woodruff interviews Ballmer about his public service project.
