Mosque Spying Case

David Nazar reports on a recent ruling in a lawsuit filed by Muslims against the FBI for spying on them in Southland mosques. Saying he did so reluctantly, a federal judge dismissed the FBI from the suit but let the case against individual agents go forward. Have civil rights been sacrificed in the name of national security?
