PBS SoCal and CUE are excited to present the 52nd Annual California Student Media Festival, and invite you to enter your students' multimedia projects. Join us in celebrating student creativity!

What is the California Student Media Festival?

The country’s oldest student media festival helps elevate young voices and provides an opportunity for students to earn recognition for the work they create in school or at extracurricular programs.

From​ short films and animation to PSAs and screenplays, the California Student Media Festival celebrates creativity in media production.

Awards

The festival is free to enter, all projects will be recognized for participation, and some may win a fabulous prize or two, including cash for your school or organization!
