Undocumented Students Push for New York DREAM Act

In April 2012, WMHT's Public Affairs program "New York Now" reported on 20-year-old college student Yelky Ramos' efforts to pass the New York State DREAM Act, a bill that would help undocumented immigrants pay for higher education.
