A survey gauging how voters feel about Gov. Gavin Newsom and the prospect of a special election to remove him found only 405 of likely voters would vote yes to remove Newsom.
In the 25th Congressional District covering north L.A. County and east Ventura County area, where Rep. Katie Hill resigned, Democrat Christy Smith said she will run again against Republican Mike Garcia after being defeated by him in a special election last May.
