Homelessness and Housing
Homelessness in Los Angeles has reached pandemic proportions with about 60-thousand homeless people lining the streets of L.A. Many homeless experts believe sustainable permanent housing is the solution. However this is a complicated problem that has yet to be solved. PBS SoCal reporter David Nazar speaks with city leaders, housing officials and UCLA scientists.
