Organized by artist and curator Benito Huerta, the exhibition includes 126 works by 61 artists and explores themes of identity, migration, community, and cultural memory through painting, sculpture, printmaking, and mixed media. Drawn from Cheech Marin’s renowned collection, the museum’s permanent collections, recent acquisitions, gifts, and artist loans, the exhibition features works by artists including Vincent Valdez, Sonia Romero, Lalo Alcaraz, Benjamin Muñoz, Alejandro Macias, Chaz Bojorquez, and many others.
