Gary Oldman stars at George Smiley, a disgraced British spy, who is rehired in secret by his government - which fears that the British Secret Intelligence Service, a.k.a. MI-6, has been compromised by a double agent working for the Soviets.
After the screening of the film, Socal Connected's Val Zavala presented Gary Oldman with the KCET Lumiere Award, for excellence in an actor or filmmaker for their outstanding contribution in their discipline. Movie critic and host Pete Hammond then led a Q&A with Gary Oldman.
