Elizabeth Bustos is a Community Development Liaison in the County of San Diego Health and Human Services. She remembers the moment when COVID-19 upturned her daily life and the sudden, drastic maneuvers she and her colleagues had to make to respond to the pandemic. She feels strongly that the people in San Diego need to feel safe and protected.
