About David Harrison

David Harrison is the Executive Director and co-founder of Paws 4 Success, Inc. DBA Rebel Ranch, a Southern California nonprofit that builds mental fitness through animal-assisted, hands-on learning. Based in the Inland Empire, David leads inclusive programs —Equine-Assisted Learning; Horses 4 Heroes; Ranch Buddies and Ranch Connections; service & therapy dog training; and therapy-dog visits for schools and senior communities. Beyond day-to-day operations, he coordinates volunteer therapy-dog teams and hosts reduced-cost, all-abilities seasonal events (the All-Abilities Horse Show, Cowboy Christmas, and a Mother’s Day celebration) so families of every ability can participate.

A former law-enforcement professional, David focuses on long-term community needs: reducing mental-health stigma, expanding access for underserved youth (including justice-involved youth), and strengthening communication and social-emotional skills. His partnerships with local schools, agencies, and community groups reflect a sustained, SoCal-rooted impact that extends beyond a job description — helping neighbors build confidence, connection, and resilience.
