About Pauline Le

Pauline Le serves as a Family Consultant at the Caregiver Resource Center OC (Program of Providence St. Jude Medical Center – Community Services). Pauline has worked with CRC OC since 1998 and has since been steadfast in serving Orange County Vietnamese Family Caregivers who care for a loved one at home. Pauline has been proactive her entire career being an advocate and lead in delivering support, resources and care to Vietnamese family caregivers. Pauline identified areas of unmet needs of the Vietnamese community while serving as an MSW Intern in 1997 and started the first Vietnamese Program in the United States to provide support, resources and services to the community in Orange County. The program received recognition through the Congressional Record of the House of Representatives on November 9, 2018, honoring the Caregiver Resource Center and Pauline’s work in the community.

Additionally, Pauline’s work was recognized by the Rosalinde Gilbert Innovations in Alzheimer's Disease Caregiving Legacy Awards for the category of Diverse and Multicultural Communities. Other acknowledgements and awards include the Distinguished Alumni from California State University Long Beach in 2010 (College of Health & Human Services), St. Jude Medical Center’s Justice Award for outstanding service in the promotion of social justice in 2008 and Viet-C.A.R.E Award for compassionate services to promote and improve care to individuals with mental illness in the Vietnamese Community.

Pauline holds a Master's in Social Work from Cal State University Long Beach. She’s a dedicated advocate on behalf of Vietnamese family caregivers and continues the Mission “To Increase the Quality of Life of Caregivers by Helping Families and the Communities Master the Challenges of Caregiving”. Pauline has always gone above and beyond to serve the vulnerable.
