NYC to Require Salt Warnings on Menus
According to the NYC Health Dept., 95% of American adults exceed the recommended daily limit of salt. The Board of Health is responding to the crisis by requiring new salt warning labels on high sodium dishes sold at many fast food restaurants. As expected, the restaurant industry is crying foul.
