On the September 30 episode of “SoCal Update,” after the pandemic forced it into a hiatus, the L.A. County Dragon Boat Festival is back. Dragon Boat racing is a sport that has been in Southern California since 1983. KPCC’s Sharon McNary says it’s a great workout for any age.
