Restaurateur Eugenia Catellani, co-owner of Gardena's Eatalian Cafe, recalls when McDonald's first came to her small town in Northern Italy. In an area known for cheese, chocolate and fresh pasta, the fast food outlet had to make some menu changes pretty quickly.
