What it will take to update U.S. air traffic control system

Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy unveiled an ambitious new plan to modernize the air traffic control system aimed at improving safety and reducing delays. The overhaul would cost tens of billions of dollars and replace outdated equipment that is showing its age. But the plan faces other hurdles.
