Economic concerns grow as 3rd major bank fails this year

The third major bank failure of the year has shaken the U.S. banking system. Federal regulators announced Monday that they seized First Republic Bank and accepted JPMorgan Chase's bid to buy the failed bank’s deposits and most of its assets.
