Boeing under pressure amid safety and quality control issues

Boeing's problems were front and center again as the National Transportation Safety Board released its preliminary report on the door panel that flew off an Alaska Airlines plane. It comes as the head of the head of the Federal Aviation Administration faced questions before a House committee about his agency’s oversight.
