Experimental treatment offers hope to chronic pain patients
More than 50 million Americans suffer from chronic pain, according to the CDC. Persistent pain that lasts beyond a typical recovery period can be debilitating and finding the right treatment is a challenge, but a recent study could provide a glimmer of hope.
