Inside Ohio’s fight over voting rules

No Republican candidate, and no Democratic candidate since 1960, has won the White House without securing the majority of votes in Ohio. With the stakes so high, Ohio’s voting rules have come under scrutiny -- in particular, a state policy purging thousands of voters who, some officials say, do not vote frequently enough.
