News Wrap: Firefighters battle new Southern California blaze
In our news wrap Thursday, firefighters in Southern California braved blistering heat to battle a raging wildfire. It broke out Wednesday in dense forest north of Los Angeles and has already scorched more than 10,500 acres. Also, another riot was declared in Portland, Oregon, in new clashes with anti-racism protesters. Police used tear gas to disperse crowds they said threw rocks and bottles.
