New book 'Personhood' examines reproductive rights battle

After the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade, the victory spurred advocates' pursuit of fetal personhood. That’s legislation that asserts that life begins at fertilization and establishes constitutional protections for embryos and fetuses.
