NATO secretary-general discusses Ukrainian counteroffensive

President Biden will meet with outgoing NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg Tuesday. They are expected to discuss Russia's ongoing invasion of Ukraine, efforts to persuade NATO member Turkey to back off blocking Sweden from joining the alliance and more.
