Americans rescued from war-torn Sudan as crisis worsens

Sudan’s military agreed to send a representative to potential peace negotiations 16 days after an eruption of violence that has killed more than 500 people. The street-to-street fighting and humanitarian crisis have forced millions to flee their homes.
