The Biden administration's plans to spend hundreds of billions to address climate change as part of the latest infrastructure package has been likened to The Green New Deal proposal released by Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y., and Sen. Ed Markey, D-Mass., in 2019. Republican Rep.
