What Ukraine stands to gain or lose in Russia’s Kursk region
Two weeks ago, Ukraine’s troops launched a surprise incursion into Russia. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said Thursday that Ukraine has captured more territory and Russian soldiers in Russia’s Kursk region, while Moscow said it foiled a Ukrainian attempt to seize land in the neighboring region of Bryansk.
