In the battleground state of Wisconsin, recent statewide elections have been decided by the narrowest of margins. Younger Americans traditionally show up to the polls at lower rates than older generations, but one recent study suggests youth could play a decisive role this November. Judy Woodruff sat down with a group of high school and college students who will be voting for the first time.
