Why Puerto Rico's new governor is already controversial

Puerto Rican officials have had to scramble to replace Gov. Ricardo Rossello, who left office Friday after scandal engulfed his administration. Rossello’s secretary of state, Pedro Pierluisi, was sworn in as the new governor -- but faces criticism over his involvement with the island's financial control board.
