Quake Cluster, School Waivers | August 10

Season 1 Episode 206

On the August 10 edition of the Reporter Roundup, KPCC reporters discuss the unemployment supplement, school waivers and a quake cluster.

President Trump issued an executive order to extend federal unemployment benefits but David Wagner explains why many Californians may be left out.

KPCC’s Carla Javier reports how the waiver process will work for schools that want to open in counties that are still considered high risk for COVID-19 spread.

You may not have felt them, but there has been a big cluster of little quakes near the San Andreas fault. KPCC’s Jacob Margolis has more.
