In the 1970s, 80% of the South Bronx burned to the ground. Independent lens’ Decade Of Fire combines never-before-seen archival and home movies and testimonials, to reveal the reasons for the devastation, showing what can happen when a community chooses to fight back and reclaim their neighborhood.
