City Launches Free WiFi Pilot Program

The NYC Department of Information Technology and Telecommunications just launched the WiFi Hotspot Project, which provides free WiFi access through the city's public payphone kiosks. We traveled to four kiosks in Midtown Manhattan and asked smartphone users what they thought.
