Former CIA Director Reacts To Attacks In Brussels

In the Belgian capitol of Brussels on Tuesday, three bombs detonated at the city's airport and metro station, killing dozens of people and injuring more than 100 others. Here in New York City, the police department was put on high alert and increased its officer presence at transit hubs around the city. Central Intelligence Agency Ambassador R.
