THE INDICTMENT

Former Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort and his longtime business associate Rick Gates surrendered to Justice Department special counsel Robert Mueller following an indictment laying out 12 charges against them. Manafort and Gates have been accused of conspiracy against the United States, conspiracy to launder money and making false statements, among several other charges.
