The Cost of Insulin
The price of insulin has nearly tripled from 2002 to 2013 and continues to increase. This puts patients who don't have health insurance in a precarious position, as they depend on it to live. Some have to turn to websites like GoFundMe and Facebook in order to obtain the drug. We talked to a few people who shared their experiences with getting insulin.
