$200 million. That's the estimated size of the city of L.A.'s current budget deficit, and it's growing - by more than third of a million dollars - every day. Meanwhile, the City Council has decided to study what to do. The clock keeps ticking. Correspondent Judy Muller says we've heard about city budget shortfalls before, but this one is different.
