May is Asian American & Pacific Islander Heritage Month! Celebrate with a free “Gyotaku” or fish printing craft at Ventura Harbor Village on Saturday, May 17th, 1:30-3:30pm. Discover the history of Gyotaku, a traditional Japanese art form dating back over 100 years, used by fishermen to record their catches. Using fish replicas, a variety of fun paint colors, and traditional bamboo paper, guests can create their own masterpiece for free! Don’t miss this unique experience at the Ventura Harbor Village booth along the promenade.
