Join UCR Arts for a conversation with artist Sofia Valiente and former students at Sherman Indian High School and their photography teacher, Monica Royalty. Moderated by Amanda Wixon (Chickasaw Nation), Curator at the Autry Museum of the American West and volunteer curator at the Sherman Indian Museum, participants will reflect on the student-led photography project that was completed over a two-year period at Sherman.
