Guest Recipe: Beer Cheese Crackers with Beer Cheese Spread

As if beer cheese crackers weren't decadent enough on their own, Kelly Jaggers of Evil Shenanigans went ahead and paired them with a beer cheese spread. (Accurate blog name, no?)
In this country crackers are thought of an an almost exclusively store-bought food, but they're pretty simple to make at home. And of course they keep for a relatively long time, so any effort put into making them has a great dividend.
This would be a great snack at any time, but we're especially looking forward to adding them to our Super Bowl menu.
