Will Marquardt

William learned great leadership skills and discipline while achieving the rank of sergeant in the U.S. Army Infantry. In addition to the normal duties required of an Infantry Sergeant, William earned the Expert Infantryman’s Badge and participated in Operation Noble Eagle. Directly after the military he worked as a diplomatic security officer at the United States Department of State in Washington D.C.
William’s culinary experience came later, after getting his Culinary Management Degree in Portland, Oregon. After a few years working in Portland, he cooked briefly in France before making the move to Los Angeles, where he is currently the Chef de Cuisine at Petit Trois.
