Ted Talbert Black Film Festival Scholarships

Documentary producer and Emmy Award-winner Ted Talbert was an influential documentarian in the Detroit community. Now, the Ted Talbert Black Film Festival Scholarship helps young people achieve their goals for filmmaking. Ted Talbert’s sister, Edna Talbert Bell, joins us to discuss the new scholarship competition and its impact on the community and future filmmakers. Episode 4403/Segment 3.
