Order of Leopold: A Medal of High Honor from Belgium
John Goularte, Jr. found an ornate medal in his father's things after his father died, along with a photograph of his father at an award ceremony in 1951 with a caption explaining the Belgian government bestowed upon him the "Order of Leopold."
