New York Landmark Suffers From Sandy

The trees of the New York Botanical Garden are a treasure of New York. Despite the damage left by Hurricane Sandy, 557 trees destroyed or damaged, the vast majority of the garden’s 30,000 trees are still standing, a number of which are documented in a new book of photos and essays “Magnificent Trees”. MetroFocus host Rafael Pi Roman talks with author Todd Forrest and photographer Larry Lederman.
