Egypt on the Edge: After Mubarak
President Hosni Mubarak stepped down Friday to huge celebrations across Egypt. The non-violent coup came after tens of thousands of Egyptians had demonstrated for more than two weeks across the country. Anchor Val Zavala moderates a panel of experts in a discussion of the historic events taking place in Egypt. Her guests include Dr. Reza Aslan, internationally acclaimed writer and scholar of religions; Professor Laurie Brand, director of USC's School of International Relations, and Egyptian-born Amr Elshennawa, currently a software engineer in the United States who has been organizing protests against the Mubarak government both online and on the street.
