Dine Out: Sabore – Peru

Hosts Ray O’Canto and Jennifer Whitney explore Peruvian culture in the Central Valley through the cuisine at Limon. The restaurant, located at Friant and Fort Washington in Fresno, serves up dishes, like ceviche, that you would dine on in Peru. We go inside the kitchen and watch Chefs Aldo and Luz cook. Also featured a Peruvian art exhibit at the Fresno Art Museum.
