50th Anniversary Event Introducing Michael Riley at Noor

On Thursday, Sept. 24, 2015 at the Noor Sofia Ballrom at the Paseo in Pasadena, KCET commemorated 50 years with a private cocktail reception featuring a sneak peek of KCETLink’s upcoming local and global programming, and a vision for the next 50 years from President & CEO Michael Riley. In addition to Riley, guests included Zavala and Derrick Shore from KCET’s “SoCal Connected,” Laura Flanders from LinkTV’s “The Laura Flanders Show,” Brianna Barnes from KCETLink’s “Globe Trekker,” as well as Eric Christiansen (Dir,“Searching for Home”), Shaun Kadlec (Dir, “Born This Way”). Guests also included Frank Buckley (KTLA), Lynda Erkiletian (“Real Housewives of DC”), Charlie Otte, Susan Reardon, David Johnson (CEO of MOCA), Wendy Fujihara, and Chris Holden (Assembly Majority Leader/Former Pasadena Council Member).
