The Cast of “ARMY WIVES” reunited for “Searching for Home: Coming Back From War” Premiere Screening Event on Nov. 2, 2015 at the Sherman Oaks ArcLight Cinemas. Actors Kim Delaney (“NYPD Blue,” “Army Wives”), Sterling Brown (upcoming “American Crime Story,” “Army Wives”), Brian McNamara (“Granite Flats,” “Army Wives”), Brigid Brannagh (“A Crush On You,” “Army Wives”), Phillip Keene (“Major Crimes,” “Closer”), Sheree J. Wilson (“Walker Texas Ranger,” “Dallas”), Jayne Kennedy-Overton (“Body And Soul,” Sportscaster), Shane Sparks (“So You Think You Can Dance”), Frankee Razor (“American Idol”) and Suzanne Whang (“House Hunters,” “Here on Out”) were on hand as was Nick Hardcastle from KCET's “SoCal Connected,” as well as Eric Christiansen (Dir, “Searching for Home”), Bruce Spears (Prod, “Searching for Home”), Michael Riley (CEO & President, KCETLink Media Group) and Gregory C. Scott (New Directions for Veterans President & CEO). The powerful documentary SEARCHING FOR HOME: COMING BACK FROM WAR explores the harrowing effects of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) on military families after veterans return from combat spanning World War II to Afghanistan. The film kicked off the second season of KCET and Link TV's documentary strand LINK VOICES.
