Community Connections: Meet Karina R.

I am a 12th grader currently attending the Los Angeles River School. The most important thing to know about me is that I love exploring new things. I call Frogtown my home. The L.A River is just down the street where I live.

Where is the first and last place you would take a new visitor in your neighborhood?
The first place I would like to take a new visitor is the L.A River because it looks really improved, and you can actually enjoy a peaceful walk. The last place I would take a new visitor is the mountains near my neighborhood.

What object connects you to your neighborhood?
An object that connects me to my community is my tap and my phone because I can rely on it when I need to get to work.
