Join an enchanting evening at 2ND & PCH to kick off the holiday season with the annual Tree Lighting and Santa Arrival. Feel the magic by the Marina and light up the night together. Bring your family and friends to witness the grand moment as the magnificent tree comes to life in all its holiday splendor.

And, yes—Santa Claus, Mrs. Claus and friends are coming to town. Watch as Santa arrives in style with the Toy Soldiers, bringing joy and cheer to all. It’s a must-see event for the whole family.

The first RSVP’d guests to check in at the 2ND & PCH booth between 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm will receive a complimentary light wand to help light the tree. Light wands are available to RSVP'd guests while supplies last on a first come first serve basis only.

Enjoy a variety of holiday festivities, including a craft station, photo booth, character meet-and-greet, airbrush tattoos and balloon art, all running until 9 pm.

Festivities start at 6 PM, with the Tree Lighting set at 6:40 PM. Enjoy more activities through the night with Manuel the Band playing your Holiday favorites. Early arrival is encouraged. Pets are welcome but must be leashed.

3:00 pm - Light wand pick up opens (RSVP Required, while supplies last, on a first come first serve basis.)
4:00 pm - 6:00 pm - Enjoy curated vendors, arts & crafts stations, and more!
5:00 pm - Airbrush tattoos and balloon art begin. Entertainment starts.
6:00 pm - SZN4, as seen on Netflix, will officially open the event with a medley performance.
6:15 pm Santa, Mrs. Claus, and friends will light up the tree... and then the sky will sparkle with a stunning fireworks display, adding the perfect touch of holiday magic!
